Development In Progress

Martin's LandingMARTIN’S LANDING (West Bend, WI)

Martin’s Landing is a project that we have been working on since January of 2007.  Although still quite conceptual, Martin’s Landing will tie in with the beautiful downtown district of West Bend, Wisconsin.  Located along the Milwaukee River, Martin’s Landing will consist predominately of mixed use retail and office space.  The Interurban Bike Trail will run through Martin’s Landing and connect to several different destination locations throughout Washington and Ozaukee Counties.  The proposed River walk would tie in the new development with the pedestrian friendly downtown area.

New LuxembourgNEW LUXEMBOURG (Belgium, WI)

New Luxembourg has been in the works for several years now.  With construction scheduled for early 2008, New Luxembourg will host a wide variety of land uses including the long awaited Luxembourg Museum.  A market square will be surrounded by the museum as well as several retail buildings.  Also included in the New Luxembourg site is a variety of multi-family and single family homes.  The entire development will focus on the heritage of Luxembourg and the overall site design and architectural design of the structures will be in tune with this rich heritage.

If you are interested in being a part of this promising development or would like to donate to the Luxembourg Museum please contact us.

Heritage CrossingHERITAGE CROSSING (Saukville, WI)

Heritage Crossing is a large development in Saukville, Wisconsin at the intersection of Highway 33 and Interstate 43.  Ansay development Corporation is planning the construction of Market Street to traverse the beautiful terrain and connect Highway 33 to Northwoods Drive.  This will create a scenic drive and provide the opportunity for large and small retailers to enter the area.  Some areas in the development are conceptualized to have residential condominiums and senior housing and the zoning is in place to do so.
